FAQ
1. How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 1–2 weeks in advance, but last-minute sessions are often available. If you need something urgent, reach out — I’ll do my absolute best to fit you in!
2. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule no extra cost.
3. How quickly will I receive my photos?
You’ll be able to review proofs during your session. Final retouched images are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Always ask before booking to give you the most accurate estimate prior to booking.
4. How many photos do I get?
Packages vary, but most include multiple final edited images.
5. How are the photos delivered?
You’ll receive a private online gallery for easy downloading and sharing — ready for LinkedIn, websites, or print.
6. Do you offer prints?
Prints are not part of the package, however there’s an online print shop when you receive your digital gallery.
7. What should I wear for my headshots?
Solid colors are universal and work best — avoid busy patterns or logos. Bring a few options that make you feel confident and reflect your brand or profession. However, if you are someone who wants to show your outgoing and fun side, wear whatever you feel your best in.
8. Can I change outfits during the session?
Yes for packages II & III since we will have an extended amount of time to do so.
9. I’m not comfortable in front of a camera — can you help?
Definitely! Most of our clients aren’t professional models. We’ll guide you through flattering poses and expressions so you feel relaxed and confident. Pro tip: Be yourself.
10. Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are shot on location.
11. Can you do team or corporate headshots?
Yes! We offer group rates and on-site sessions for teams and companies.
12. Do you require a deposit?
A deposit is not required to secure your session, and the full balance is due on the day of your shoot.
13. What’s your cancellation policy?
Things happen. A courtesy cancellation is much appreciated, preferably within 24 hours of scheduled session.
